High-speed universal 3350/ diamond belts or SIC belts, includes specially designed high-load spherical roller bearings throughout for extra heavy duty, as well as expanding bush fixings of bearings, pulleys and drums to the shafts.Specially designed water spray nozzles complete with clean water feed tank. Belt size 3350 x 100mm, machine is supplied with 1 set of silicon carbide belts. High performance diamond belts can be offered separately. Belt speed ca. 26M/Sec
Constructed from heavy duty aluminium sections and fitted with high grade engineering plastic floatation boards. Removeable centre section for maintenance access to the seamer. High floatation created by the use of multiple fans allows glass to be easily moved across the tables.
Mounted within the operator cut-out to provide support when processing larger lites, especially long narrow ones that would otherwise sag under their own weight as they cross the operator gap. Easily adjusted to the correct position by manually sliding back and forth.
Provides support when processing glass larger than the Airflow table and maintains the correct gap between glass and table top. Effective with overhangs up to approximately 0.5M
Allows operators to safely load larger sizes from the vertical to horizontal position. Can be mounted left or right as preferred.
The most superior Cross-Belt Seaming Machines in the world today, manufactured and designed specifically to tackle all the known problems associated with glass arrissing.
Tec- Pro have specialised in high- performance industrial equipment These very-heavy-duty X-belt machines are designed to run reliably, 24 hours a day even in the harshest of environments: The glass tempering factory ! They weigh in at a hefty 600kg / 1400 lbs plus! The chassis are fabricated from 10mm (3/8“) inch steel plate for longevity and all cladding panels and guards are made from aluminium or stainless steel.
Large 3350 x 100mm (130“ x 4“) standard size abrasive belts are employed, running on tailor- made large diameter rubber-treaded pulleys on stainless steel shafts, and powered by 3- phase AC motors mounted in the dry area above the machine. Drive transmission is via V- belts rather than direct motor mounting, for smooth, quiet running.
The very latest AIS-3350/UNIX is designed to run with various different types of grinding belts depending on your requirements. All UNIX machines are able to run with Diamond belts, Conglomerate or Silicone Carbide belts.
Built in controllable water spray jets directly on to the abrasive belt.
Large 16“ diameter belt drums achieve very high grinding belt speeds at relatively
low bearing and shaft speeds: Less noise, less vibration, less wear and tear!
Aluminium quick-release rear door panel over full height, for total maintenance access and easy belt changes..
Electrical key-switch interface switches the motors off if the rear door panel is opened.
Adjustable belt-tracking mechanism combined with fully vulcanised, self-aligning crowned pulleys.
Adjustable tension of drive belts.
Quick-change of abrasive belts via pneumatic de-tensioning units with fitted stainless steel counter-pressure springs, all fitted outside the machine body away from water and abrasive glass powder.
Large 3350 x 100mm belts mean longer life between changes, better cooling and less down-time.
Very heavy duty machine chassis welded from 10mm (3/8“) thick steel plate, shot blasted and powder coated means the machine runs very quietly and with minimal vibration.
Proven 2-Pulley system means no finger-traps, less pulley wear, better wrap- around and faster arrissing/seaming.
Mechanical Safety! All moving parts fully guarded
Electrical Safety! If the machine stops due to power failure, it will NOT automatically re- start when powers restored; The machine will only restart once the operator specifically presses individual starters!.
Air floatation tables are the ideal medium for easy manoeuvrability of glass during the seaming process. Our tables are designed to withstand constant use and are constructed from heavy duty aluminium sections. The top floatation surface is precision machined from high grade engineering plastic to provide a the totally flat surface that‘s required for floatation.
